All these need a alter skill possessed by business and systems analysts. Internal and external environments in organisations are becoming complicated. These processes and new applications have to be handled by an experienced and specialized workforce composed of analysts who must bewell versed in technology and the business functions. Business analysis encompasses assessments, studies, and analysis of the business functions applied with IT and software applications. Business analysis reconciles the traditional business functions and the technology or software so that without it the whole thing will founder for example, an organisation conducting outsourcing of human resource has to incorporate the traditional functions with the new pers onnel who will be intervention human resource management.
